Gingerbread House Decorating Event

On the first sunday in December over 70 girls, Daisy through Cadettes, gathered to assemble and decorate their gingerbread houses.

Old Powder Magazine, Charleston

This summer Cadette Troop 15 attended a program at the Old Powder Magazine in Charleston. The girls earned the Women Through Time IP. The girls really had a good time dressing up, seeing some historic sites in Charleston and making candles.

Back To Scouts Carnival

On September 20, we held a Back to Scouts Carnival for Girls of all ages. Older girls ran the games and booths. Leaders braved the cold water in the dunking booth. In all, over 140 girls and adults attended the very successful event. Thank you to all that made this possible.

Thank you Beaufort County Sheriff's Department and Hilton Head Fire and Rescue for educating the girls about safety.

Older Girl Campout at Hampton Lakes

Troops in attendance were, #15, 801 and 772.

16 Girls from three troops enjoyed an overnight at Hampton Lakes Outpost.
The girls enjoyed Kayaking, a boat tour, and a campfire. The girls worked on their Wildlife Intrest Project. Included in the Intrest Project, the girls made birdfeeders and donated a bluebird house to Hampton Lakes.


The girls retired an American Flag and added ashes from campfires around the world since 1925.
